The “Centipede” wheel is made out of microcellular polyurethane foam. It provides a lightweight, cushioned ride without worry, maintenance or a flat tire. The hub assembly is a durable 2 piece nylon construction. These wheels perform best with precision ball bearings.

Wheels made from a specially formulated Hy-Load compound polyurethane
chemically bonded using a process called chemfused to a steel core. The chemfused
process actually makes the tensile strength of the bond stronger than the
materials being bonded together. The combination of the Hy-load urethane
chemfused to a steel core make this wheel one of the most long lasting rugged
wheels available in the industry.
Hy-load polyurethane is a real problem solver, it was developed to resist internal
heat buildup. Excellent for applications where heavy loads and continuous usage
may be causing standard type polyurethane wheels to heat up and degrade.
