Extreme-Duty Polyurethane On Steel Wheels (Weight Cap 1600 to 5000 lbs)

Wheels made from a specially formulated Hy-Load compound polyurethane
chemically bonded using a process called chemfused to a steel core. The chemfused
process actually makes the tensile strength of the bond stronger than the
materials being bonded together. The combination of the Hy-load urethane
chemfused to a steel core make this wheel one of the most long lasting rugged
wheels available in the industry.
Hy-load polyurethane is a real problem solver, it was developed to resist internal
heat buildup. Excellent for applications where heavy loads and continuous usage
may be causing standard type polyurethane wheels to heat up and degrade.
1â thick polyurethane tread offers floor protection, is non marking and delivers
somewhat of a cushioned and quieter ride than a hard tread or steel wheel.
Steel core is made with extra thick walls and oversized hub to withstand the
toughest applications.
EPS wheels come standard with Tapered bearings. Tapered bearings provide
maximum roll-ability with the minimum amount of effort to start up and move a
load. Tapered bearings are capable of taking higher load capacities and more
abuse than any other standard type of bearing used in the industry.
â Resistant to most chemicals, oils, acids, grease and water.
â Temperature rating: -40 to 180.
